This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with your use of the Below Zero Productions website, portal, or connected applications.
If you still have access to your account, log in and click Delete My Account from your account area to begin removing your data.
If you cannot access your account, email admin@belowz.com with the subject line Data Removal Request.
Please include enough information for us to locate your records, such as your full name, the email address or username you used, the service or app involved, and a brief description of the data you want removed.
After we receive your request, we may need to verify your identity before we process it. Once verified, we will review the request, remove or anonymize eligible personal data from active systems where reasonably possible, and confirm when the request has been completed.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days, depending on the complexity of the request and any legal or operational obligations.
Some information may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, contract enforcement, security logging, or other legitimate business purposes.
