How to Remove Your Data
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with your use of our website, portal, or connected applications. It applies to requests submitted through www.belowz.com.
1. Submit a Data Removal Request
If you still have access to your account, you can usually remove your data by logging in and clicking Delete My Account from your account area.
To request deletion of your personal data, email admin@belowz.com with the subject line Data Removal Request.
Please include enough information for us to locate your records, such as your full name, the email address or username you used, the service or app involved, and a brief description of the data you want removed.
2. What Happens After You Contact Us
After we receive your request, we may need to verify your identity before we process it. Once verified, we will review the request, remove or anonymize eligible personal data from active systems where reasonably possible, and confirm when the request has been completed.
3. Typical Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days, depending on the complexity of the request and any legal or operational obligations.
4. Information We May Need to Retain
Some information may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, contract enforcement, security logging, or other legitimate business purposes. When retention is required, we will keep only what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
5. Third-Party Accounts and Social Logins
If your request relates to a third-party login or connected account, such as a social platform integration, you may also need to remove this app or connection from the settings of that third-party service. Deleting the connection there helps stop future data sharing, while your email request lets us remove data held on our side.
