Open Settings in the app. Enter your station ID and personal access token. In Tempest, open Settings → Data Authorizations → Create Token. Choose Connect & Sync to Watch, then Save or Back to return.

Use a station belonging to your account. Never send your token to support or post it publicly.

Install the companion app through the Watch app on your iPhone. Open the phone app and connect your station, then open the Watch app to refresh.

Add Tempest widgets through the Home Screen widget gallery. For watch faces, edit a complication slot and choose Tempest Temperature, Tempest Instrument, or Tempest Station Trio. Wide slots support three readings. Face styles may override your chosen colors.

Tap the forecast card to switch between hourly and seven-day forecasts. Tap a station instrument to open its history. History requires station observations and an internet connection; missing observations can leave gaps. Lightning counts are for the last three hours.

Open the app and refresh. Check your internet connection, station ID, and token authorization. Apple controls widget and complication refresh timing; they do not update continuously. Older observations are labeled. Revoke a compromised token in Tempest and create a replacement.

You can explore clearly labeled sample weather without a token. Sample weather is not a live station reading.
